Processing time
Every keycap is handmade. In-stock items ship within 3–5 working days. Raffle, first-come and made-to-order pieces may take longer; the product page says so.
Where we ship
Worldwide from Vietnam. Carriers: EMS, DHL, FedEx or UPS depending on destination and weight. All parcels are tracked.
Costs and duties
Shipping is calculated at checkout or confirmed with your order. Import duties and taxes are charged by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare the true value of the goods as a handmade resin keycap.
Packaging
Rigid box, foam and bubble wrap: keycaps are tiny sculptures and we pack them like it.
