What we collect
Order details (name, address, email, phone) needed to ship your keycap, kept in the studio's private Google Sheet and used to email you about your order, plus your email if you join the newsletter or a raffle. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we never see your card number.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, answer messages, run sales and raffles, and (only if you opt in) send news. We do not sell your data.
Your rights (Vietnam)
We process personal data in line with Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection (Law No. 91/2025/QH15, in force from 1 January 2026) and its implementing Decree No. 356/2025/NĐ-CP. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us.
