Every keycap is hand-finished. In-stock pieces ship in 3–5 working days. Made-to-order and commission pieces take longer and we will tell you the estimate before you pay.

A sale is a limited release. A countdown shows when it opens. Depending on the piece it is in stock, first come first served, a raffle, or a commission. Limited pieces are usually capped at one per customer.

For some limited pieces we run a raffle. You enter with your email during the entry window, we draw a winner at random, and the winner gets an email with how to pay.

Worldwide from Vietnam. Parcels are packed in a rigid box with foam. Tracking is always included.

Import duties and taxes are set by your country and are not included in the price. The parcel is declared as a handmade resin keycap at its real value.

Yes, if it uses MX-style switches. Our keycaps have a Cherry MX stem and fit Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh and most compatible switches.

Escape is the classic spot. Most sculpts are sized for a 1u key position. Check each product page for notes.

Wipe gently with a dry soft brush or cloth. Avoid alcohol, solvents and strong sunlight. It is a tiny sculpture: treat it as an ornament rather than a daily typing key.

Photograph the parcel and the keycap within 48 hours and message us. We will repair, replace or refund.

Yes. They are handmade, so small colour details vary between pieces. That is part of the charm.
