Refund & returns policy
Damaged or wrong item
Photograph the parcel and the keycap and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair, replace.
Change of mind
Because pieces are handmade and limited, returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Commissions
Custom pieces are made for you and cannot be returned, but we will always share progress photos before final painting.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
